Amy’s very winding path to achieving graphic designer girl boss status at Amy Darling Design began when she wanted to have the flexibility to be a part of her nieces’ lives. She also wanted to work on print and digital projects in more varied industries. Her enthusiasm for color palettes knows no bounds and she hopes to bring that enthusiasm to Freelance Business Week and meet amazing people in the process.

Madison Cleo

Madison Cleo is the owner of MadCleo, a boutique marketing agency in Denver that helps creatives and rad small businesses look cool online by taking over the things they don’t have time for—digital strategy, social media, and social advertising—so they can focus on clients, products and services.

Rebecca Andruszka

Rebecca has been a freelance nonprofit consultant and career coach for about two years. During that time she has written grants to support HIV-positive children in Swaziland, coordinated with small businesses to fund agriculture projects in Brazil, and planned kick-ass parties for independent media here in Colorado. She’s excited to bring her bossy systems and project management skills to Freelance Business Week.

Jenn leverages the Gig Economy to achieve her goal of being partially retired until she can be fully retired.
